Online sessions allow for scheduling flexibility and for the ability to see other members of our team located throughout California. Rather than do things as in a typical office setting, we’ve found that accessibility meets our client’s needs.

PT Evaluation
In-person, evaluations for first time acute or chronic injuries with a review diagnostic tests, past medical history and investigate the underlying source of symptom presentation with a structural evaluation and movement analysis and the initial treatment plan to address it. You will receive your initial exercise program and a summary statement of your differential diagnosis to share with other providers. An annual evaluation is required for continuation of treatment to an originally evaluated acute or chronic injury. Home visits available at additional rates.

Treatment
These in-person sessions focus on hands-on treatment, therapeutic modalities, functional activities, and exercises specific to your assessment and individual goals.
Treatment draws from the full scope of Dr. Augius’ clinical background, integrating manual interventions with holistic and integrative approaches as listed in available services. Sessions are thoughtfully structured to not only address current symptoms, but to empower clients with the tools, exercises, and understanding needed to self-manage and progress over time, helping minimize visit frequency when appropriate while supporting long-term resilience and function.

Virtual session
Ongoing Support, Progression & Consultation
These online video sessions are designed to support continuity of care and progression following your evaluation or ongoing work together.
During each session, we work through your established exercises using your own home setup, with close attention to biomechanics, movement quality, and performance. Sessions focus on refining technique, progressing activities appropriately, and adjusting your program to meet your current goals and physical capacity.
Virtual sessions may also be used for consultation and clinical counsel regarding course of care, program planning, or progression strategy.
This format supports consistency, accountability, and long-term change while meeting you where you are, whether you’re traveling, living abroad, or integrating your work independently. Virtual sessions are wellness- and education-based and do not replace in-person medical evaluation or treatment when clinically indicated.

Comprehensive Annual Physical
This offering is ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of their body, a reset in their care, or a longevity-focused approach that supports sustainable change over time.

This comprehensive evaluation is designed to assess your whole-body mechanics and create a clear, actionable plan for long-term health, stability, and resilience.
During a 90-minute session, we assess:
Postural alignment
Joint mobility
Flexibility, strength and balance
Functional movement patterns
The goal is to strategically manage the underlying drivers of imbalance, compensation, or limitation, not just the symptoms, and to clarify what your body needs most right now and moving forward for overall wellness.
Following the evaluation, you’ll receive a written summary of findings along with a personalized treatment and movement plan outlining priorities, exercises, and progression strategies. This plan can be followed through with hands-on treatment, independent practice, virtual sessions, or another trusted provider, depending on your needs and location.
