Liability Waiver and Release form and cancellation policy for ONA VEDA Retreat on 4/26/2024 in Michiana Michigan organized and hosted by Krista Augius and Diana Lagler.

Acknowledgement of Risks:

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in the ONA VEDA Retreat with Krista Augius, including but not limited to yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound bath, energy healing, lecture, lunch, tea, tarot, group interaction, nature walk, reflection with a nature walk and outdoor activities, etc. involves inherent risks and potential for risks not specifically foreseeable. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and other losses associated with participation in such activities.

Assumption of Risk:

I hereby voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in ONA VEDA retreat, even if those risks arise from the negligence or fault of Krista Augius or Diana Lagler, other participants, or third parties.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in ONA VEDA Retreat, I, for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Krista Augius or Diana Lagler, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and other participants (collectively "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities for personal injury, death, property damage, and any other loss or damage, arising from or in any way connected with my participation in ONA VEDA Retreat, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to personal injuries, death, property damage, or any other loss or damage relating to my participation in ONA VEDA Retreat.

Medical Treatment Authorization:

I hereby grant permission to Krista Augius and Diana Lagler and its authorized representatives to provide to me, through medical personnel of their choice, customary medical assistance, transportation, and emergency medical services, should I require such assistance, transportation, or services as a result of injury or damage relating to my participation in ONA VEDA Retreat.

Photography/Video Release:

I understand that during ONA VEDA Retreat, I may be photographed or recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by Krista Augius/ONA VEDA, including promotional or educational purposes.

Acknowledgment:

I have carefully read this Liability Waiver and Release Form and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Krista Augius, Diana Lagler and sign it of my own free will.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (less any credit card fees) if the space can be filled by someone else by April 15th. No refunds will be given after April 15th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to the minimum number of participants (min 5) not being met, you will receive a full refund.
